Who we are

This website is run by GenArtifactAI, operated by Manikandan S, based in India (“GenArtifactAI”, “we”, “us”). We decide how the personal data described here is used. For any privacy question or request, email genartifactai@gmail.com.

In short

• No cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or browser storage are used on this website.
• We only receive personal data you choose to send us: through the enquiry form or by email.
• We use it to reply to you, and keep it for up to 12 months after our last exchange.
• We don’t sell personal data or use it for advertising.

What we collect

Enquiry form. The division you choose, the enquiry type, your name, your email address and your message. We don’t ask for a phone number, company or address.

Spam protection. When you submit the form, its time of submission and the network (IP) address it came from are checked to stop automated abuse. The address is kept only in server memory for up to 15 minutes and is not stored.

Emails you send us. Whatever you include in a message to genartifactai@gmail.com.

Technical logs. Like most websites, the service that hosts this site may record standard request information (such as IP address, browser type and time of request) to operate and secure it.

What we don’t collect. The site sets no cookies and loads nothing from third-party servers while you browse; fonts and images are served from this site. Answers you give in the solution finder stay in your browser tab and are never sent to us. If you follow a link to LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram or WhatsApp, that service’s own privacy policy applies there. If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, profile name and messages through WhatsApp; we use them only to reply to you and treat them like any other enquiry.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the service or training you asked about.
• To protect the website and enquiry form from spam and abuse.

You give us this data voluntarily when you contact us, and we use it only for these purposes. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing genartifactai@gmail.com; we will then stop using your data and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Who handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Formspree: form processing. When you send the enquiry form, our server passes your enquiry to Formspree, which screens it for spam and forwards it to our inbox. On our current plan, Formspree keeps a copy of submissions in its dashboard for up to 30 days.
• Google (Gmail): hosts our company inbox, where enquiries and emails are received.
• Vercel: hosts this website and may keep technical request logs.

These providers may store data on servers outside India. We share only what is needed for them to provide their service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and related emails for up to 12 months after our last exchange, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what is needed for that work under our agreement with you. We keep data longer only where the law requires it.

Security

Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need them to reply, and we use the security features of our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please don’t send passwords, credentials or confidential documents through the form or by email.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, where it applies, you can ask us to:

• give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• correct, complete or update it;
• erase it;
• stop using it, by withdrawing consent;
• nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.

Email genartifactai@gmail.com with your request. We will reply within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 18. If you are under 18 and interested in the Academy, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us on your behalf.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data, for example when we add new services or providers, we will update this notice and the date at the top of the page.
